Background

Selwyn College Choir is one of the best of the Cambridge College Choirs, which collectively are recognised as amongst the very finest University choirs in the world. Selwyn's reputation has grown consistently over the years and its regular touring and recording schedule is a testament to its growing following and the high regard in which it is held by choral professionals and audiences alike.

The concerts provide important exposure for the choir to a wider audience and the scale and nature of the venues are testing environments for the young musicians. The intense experience of such a tour offers valuable opportunities and musical challenges for the choir and its individual members, including the chance to perform new repertoire.
